Welcome to Highbrow Eyebrows.  My name is Philippa Haslegrave and I am a fully qualified (VTCT Level 4) permanent makeup artist, specialising in eyes, lips and brows.

I am currently working on a mobile basis, treating clients in the comfort of their own home, in the SW London area.
